🏁 President – The Big Wheel (Executive Committee)

You’re the club’s fearless leader, the one who keeps the gears turning and the vibes high. You’ll run meetings like a pro, dream up big plans, and make sure the budget doesn’t go off the rails. You’re also our safety guru, signing off on important docs and dazzling everyone at the AGM with your updates. If you’ve got leadership chops, a First Aid Certificate, and a Working With Children’s Check, you’re ready to roll!

🤝 Vice President – The Right-Hand Rider (Executive Committee)

Think of this role as the ultimate co-pilot. You’re the President’s trusty sidekick, ready to jump in and take the lead when needed. You’ll help run meetings, organise events, represent the club, and keep things ticking behind the scenes. If you’re organised, a great communicator, and love being in the know, this one’s for you. First Aid and WWCC? Yep, you’ll need those too.

💰 Treasurer – The Money Maestro (Executive Committee)

You’re the financial wizard who keeps the club’s piggy bank in check. From budgeting and receipts to presenting reports and managing memberships, you make sure every dollar is accounted for. You’ll work closely with the committee and help fund the fun. If you love spreadsheets, have a keen eye for detail, and can be trusted with the snack money, we want you! First Aid and WWCC required.

🗂️ Secretary – The Master of Order (Executive Committee)

You’re the club’s communication hub and admin ace. You’ll keep the member list tidy, send off forms to AusCycling, and whip up reports that make the AGM sparkle. If you’re a whiz with emails, spreadsheets, and staying organised, this is your moment. First Aid and WWCC are essential.

📝 Registrar – The Rider Wrangler (Executive Committee)

You’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps track of who’s racing, who’s registered, and who’s ready to roll. You’ll manage nominations, scores, and membership queries with a smile. If you love lists, love people, and love making race nights run like clockwork, this is your lane.

🛠️ Track Manager – The Dirt Boss (Executive Committee)

Love getting your hands dirty? You’ll be the guardian of the track—checking, fixing, and upgrading to keep it safe and spectacular. You’ll know the AusCycling standards, spot risks like a pro, and lead the charge on improvements. Tools in hand, you’re the BMX builder we need. Bonus: you get to call yourself “Dirt Boss.”

🍔 Canteen Manager – The Snack Boss

Menus, munchies, and making people smile—this role is all about fueling fun! You’ll stock up, rally volunteers, and serve up good vibes (and great food) at race nights and events. If you’ve got a flair for food and fundraising, this is your jam. Bonus points for knowing how to stretch a budget and keep the choccy milk flowing.

📱 Social Media Coordinator – The Hype Machine

Got a knack for storytelling and a love for likes? You’ll be the voice of the club online—sharing wins, promoting events, and building community on Facebook and Instagram. Creativity, inclusivity, and child safety are your guiding lights. If you can turn a muddy photo into a viral moment, we need your magic.

💡 Grants & Sponsorships Coordinator – The Fund Finder

You’re the treasure hunter of the team—digging up grants, wooing sponsors, and unlocking funding magic. You’ll work with the Treasurer and Exec team to turn big dreams into reality. If you’ve got research skills, writing flair, and a passion for community growth, this role is calling your name. Plus, you get to say things like “strategic funding alignment” and mean it.
